- How far is your factory from Bangkok ?
The factory is located in Samut Prakan industrial province at approximately 40 minutes from Bangkok downtown and 20 minutes away from Suvanabhumi International Airport (see map).
- Do you have the vacuum mixing facility equipment ?
We do have vacuum mixing equipements able to mix small to large scale batches.
- Is the FDA registration facility available ?
Milott has extensive experience in FDA approval process.
- What kind of products do you offer?
Milott proposes every type of existing personnal care products : skincare, toilettry, color cosmetics (powders and lips), soap, spa products, etc…
- Do you offer product planning and marketing consultation services?
Milott is happy to guide the customer in their process to either renew an existing range or advising on the creation of a new line of products.
- How about product design?
Our research and development teams will work along with customer service and designers to
develop products following your needs.
- Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Milott commits to propose its services to small and promising customers as well as large
international companies.
- How much do your services cost?
The cost will depend on the type of raw material, packaging used or desired for your product, however, Milott built its success on its ability to source components at competitive costs.
- What is the time frame leading up to product commercialization?
It is generally around 4 to 6 months.
- How long does it take to provide a trial sample?
Five to seven days maximum.
- Can you combine our requested ingredients or packaging items?
Yes, we are happy to use suggested raw materials, ingredients or packaging components. Milott has experience in handling suggested suppliers, in local and oversea.
- If we do not have enough knowledge about cosmetics. Can I place an order?
Milott welcomes newcomers on the cosmetics market, supporting with technical and marketing consulting on each products.
