Milott, OEM and turnkey manufacturing for cosmetics, skincare, and toiletries, provides full services as well as consulting, from the reception of the customers’ product ideas, through the production process until the delivery finished product in time.

All products are manufactured in Milott with world-class standard facilities. Our capabilities are highly flexible for small batch size through mass production. Our planers cooperate internally and externally to streamline the qualified material through the whole supply-chain and value-added activities in a cost-efficient manner.

Milott employs FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis) to analyze all potential failures that may occur during the process, allowing us to improve constantly our production.

Our taskforce, consisting of engineers, lab technical, packaging technical, will design the bulk formula, processes, and machines to customize the client’s requirement.

Our operators are trained to be multi-skilled in key positions so that every work station secure skilled its workforce. Our manpower is recruited through three subcontractors to balance during seasonal order.

With the utilization area of 150,000 square meters, we have been monthly delivering products with 40 million pieces for skincare and 10 million pieces for Color-cosmetic.

A large organization needs performant tools to ensure good functionning, Milott has been using SAP, real-time, worldly recognized software. SAP is one of the pivotal element of Milott's success in controlling inventories, planning production tasks and management of components/raw materials used in production.
